You're welcome brightlight4. I don't understand why people don't care more about the sources and handling of the food they eat. When I am in the United States I can hardly eat at regular restaurants and I have to shop organic. After so much traveling and enjoying natural unprocessed foods, I can tell the difference right away. I remember my mother, who grew up in the countryside, she would tell me that food didn't taste the same. Back then I thought the reason was her aging taste buds, but now I know exactly what she meant. There is a lack of gusto, no pleasure in every bite. And in some towns, the restaurant owners buy prepackaged meals. There is practically no real cooking: mostly microwave and serve.
