Since the release of Clipmarks 2.0, the custom view setting (sort by newest clips + newest comments + newest pops) has to be re-selected every time i log in. Not a major issue ... just thought someone ought to know ...

Agreed, I'm not depending on this feature anymore since the upgrade.

On a related issue, is there a way to search for tags and just have the clips sorted by day/time posted by default?

As it is, if I type in "Iraq" into the search bar, Iraq clips appear, sorted by last time popped. AFAIK, if an Iraq clip was not popped, it would not appear at all.

I'd rather have Iraq clips appear, sorted by the time they were posted.

I've tried setting the custom sort to just "new clips" but that doesn't work.

I asked about the custom setting not defaulting correctly awhile back, but haven't heard anything.

jklugman, I think you'll just have to search with your key word and then click the "newest clips" button to see them in date/time order. I don't think there is a way to default to this view, though.
