It's NOT stupid. He's right - these people reached a new low. There are better ways to disagree than to wish your political opponent was dead or go even lower - make a movie with such sentiment.

Look at it this way - how would you like... let's put it differently, how would your mother like if someone made a movie about you being killed? And being killed for one simple reason - the maker of the movie disagrees with some of your political philosophies. There are all kinds of ways to disagree... this isn't one of them!
