Thank you. I will be sure to try this technique soon. I am very sensitive to onion "teargas". I've had a lot of success (though not 100%) by just making sure the onions are very cold when I chop them. Keeping them in the refrigerator or running them under cold water for a few minutes keeps the fumes to a manageable level, I find. If this is true, this is possibly the most valuable thing i've learned on clipmarks to date!!!!
