I wonder why the upsurge in "paranormal" stories even being IN the mainstream at all. There have been several lately.

A couple weeks ago, the hourly radio news had middle-aged couple down in west-central Oregon talking about cigar shaped cylinders which flew at a high speed,split apart, and the appearance of some orange orb or glowing ball.

Then the story from '65 I think, about some serious u.f.o. sightings that I'd actually heard about before.Supposedly one of the most convincing and credible reports. Mecklinsburg ? Something like that.
Cops followed it for hours and talked on their radios while seeing it.
