bignosemousie says: It seems so easy and so fantastic. And fun to do with the kids! Thanx I know, Skwirl, my daughter will love this. There you go again BNM causing flab all over clipmarks! I think it's Swell Mmm...would love to have one, well, may be two,three... You CAN dummy, they're called Skittles! I forgot about those creepy Skittles commercials. LOL. Just for kicks I went to the site. You can actually "Play the Rainbow". They're completely on psychedelics! Apparently they ALL get high. But then, if you're high, there's nothing like Now or Laters, Wine candy (sour apple is a perennial fav), the oft forgotten tootsie roll, or its cousin the Tootsie (Roll) Pop. And of course the never to be forgotten Red Vines red licorice! Ummm. Isn't your mouth watering right now! Red Vines....OMG! I'll always been a fan of Jolly Ranchers. I just saw the old commercial for the Tootsie Roll Pop a few days ago. Remember the one with the owl? "How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop? The world may never know." Okay, I just checked out the Skittles site. So creepy. When did Skittles decide to become the creepy candy? Did you see the commercial with the man hooked up to a milking machine? He eats sour Skittles and the milk is sour. And what is with the creepy people-faced sheep on the home page? Jolly Ranchers. My cultural mistake! I grew up in an a predominantly black neighborhood in Detroit and for some reason Jolly Ranchers were called Wine candy. I have no idea why. And what is with the creepy people-faced sheep on the home page? It's the whole point bignosemousie. They eat rainbows. And there's only one real way to do that. Jolly Ranchers were called Wine candy. That's funny, I've never heard that term. I'm always surprised when I find out a word or phrase I use is so localized. "You CAN dummy, they're called Skittles! lol this reminds me of a semi perverse “motivation” image I once saw, it was of a young girl who was wearing rainbow socks and knickers lying on the bed. The caption said Skittles taste the rainbow. @Brimstone I remember that picture. I hadn't thought of it until you mentioned it. Here it is. Scroll down to the bottom, it's the last picture as I write this. You have a good memory for the things that matter I'm off to make this rainbow now. I hope I don't screw it up. Will you take a picture? After I cut a piece and held it up to the light... I decided I didn't need to take a picture because it looks exactly like the one in the clip (and this is a better picture than I would take, LOL). When you cut it up into tiny cubes it looks like little rainbow blocks. Add some whipped cream for clouds! It really does look cute and tastes pretty good too. I was worried about the combination of cherry, lemon, and some berry flavor (the blue). I will make it again. I think it would be really fun for a kids party, since it comes out like Jigglers and you can hold them in your hand. Ooooh, thanks Alan. Alan, I just noticed you put all that together for me. Thanks so much. You are very sweet. I love the rock looking jello things. :o that's so cool **wants one** |
