We phone our neighbor when they let their dog bark at all hours; like at 5:10am every morning and all evening from 5:15 til 11:00. One night it was so bad the dog was hoarse!

And I hate people who let their dogs poop in my yard or play their music loud or have loud parties. Apart from these....I'm a good neighbor, I think. :~)

If you have a problem with a neighbour then say so, sitting at your keyboard and typing out derogatory messages about a neighbour for public display on a website is in my opinion low.

A yes, welcome to the snitching society. Neighbors should take care of the neighborhoods, not turn Big Brother on them. as much as I hate lousy neighbors I don't think this is the way to go.
