				I have been on the diet for 15 days now... The first two days I gained 5 lbs., but really enjoyed eating all the garbage. But since then, in 13 days, I have lost 24 lbs. I push the oven bake button and cook the meat at 350 degrees. I cook the bison, veal, and fish for 20 min., and the chicken for 40 to 50 minutes, depending on if it has bones.
