This is an interesting article in light of the New York "alleged terror plot" story, and shows how government agents coerce to recruit, as agents, double agents, or even patsies, by use of threats, as well as financial rewards, for their particular purposes.

This in fact is how "terrorists" recruit, by threatening the peace and lives of others they want to use and employ for their missions! Using these men as patsies, after arming them, in "role play" scenarios, is how it becomes a "terror plot" headline later for media consumption.
