With over 15 years of experience, Andre Leite Alves, a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCP) and owner of AwareBear Computers of Rochester, NY (New York) has conducted a research along with other Aware Bear technicians in order to educate Aware Bears workers and clientele on how to prolong the life of their computer components.
