It almost 'funny' that there can be just as much or more trouble for growing, buying, or smoking untaxed tobacco, as there is for doing the same with cannabis. The IRS no doubt pulls more strings than the DEA. I've noticed very few comedians make jokes about the IRS. If people can whinge about passive smoking, I've got the right to whinge back. (Or go down and smoke behind the shed.)
