We've been fighting this for almost a year now, but the Right Wing has a strong grip on the West Coast, despite surprisingly powerful pockets of Leftism. Unfortunately, the 2010 Olympics is entirely in the pocket of one of the most anal Right-Wing Canadian Politicians since Ralph Kline.

The head of security for the 2010 Games, RCMP assistant commissioner Bud Mercer, told Vancouver city council on Tuesday, however, that protesters will not be required to limit their activities to the areas.
