An illegal relationship, huh? Obviously there was some reason alimony was awarded in the first place and I understand the husbands frustration at having to pay it but there are two sides to every story. This is really bothersome to me that they used an old law to basically get into other's bedrooms . When is homosexuality not going to be treated as a crime? This is a bullshit story. In fact, nobody should even give it credibility with a pop. Whoever came up with this must be pretty damn desperate. And it makes me made because it really, really, I mean really reflects negatively on the Lesbian Community!!! Could there possibly be anyone out there who can't see through this? Another thing that makes me angry on this subject is the way that some people in the GLBT community mistreat each other, specifically the ones who feel the need to play, "let's you and him fight" also known as bullying, ganging up on people. How could a gay couple have friends when one of them wants the friend to partner up with them and bully the other one. Then there's the kind that purposely sabotages what could have been a great relationship, a permanent, happy, everything one could ever want relationship because at least one of them would have been willing to do whatever it took to make it that way. So, unless it is also illegal in Alabama, if she would have moved a man into her home, not married him and been getting it every night in her former husband's bed, then the court would have said, "sorry, can't help you". But because of the "gay" aspect, discrimination once again is ok. Am I the only one that sees how hypocritical this nation is? Apparently yes. Her ex was gonna be pissed off no matter where she was getting it Gem, but he was able to use old laws to discriminate and that most definitely is upsetting to me. |
