I agree that we teach our children (and ourselves) that the naked body is something to be ashamed of and I think it's so like America to associate nakedness with sexuality. Not having clothes on is one thing and expressing sexuality is another. I'd like to commend you Spiritual for losing weight and getting healthier and the pride you have in your body. It's very difficult to make healthier eating choices as a lifestyle and I know the pride and self-confidence that comes from witnessing that metamorphosis

Having said that, I know that society is slow to change and there are people out there who are predatory in nature and exploit the emotional side of sexual sharing (especially for women).
