In heissem Öl von allen Seiten kurz anbraten. In einen grösseren Topf legen, mit 1 Tasse kochendem Wasser begiessen, bei kleiner Hitze köcheln. Die Tomaten häuten und halbieren. Das restliche Gemüse in gleichmässige Stückchen schneiden. Alles zu dem Fleisch geben, mit den Kräutern und der kleingehackten Knoblauchzehe abschmecken und etwas 30 Minuten garen.
