Well, I can not understand how come Athens (Greece) is not in the list. Come and have a coffee around Acropolis (6-12 Euro) and you will see what I mean...

I would add Istanbul too. I was surprised when I saw the list.

Athens is 29th (59th in 2006),
Istanbul 38th (15th in 2006),
Brussels 44th (70th in 2006)

I was surprised by Beijing, that its on the list at all.

Abu Dhabi's gone down to 45 from 30 last year...doesn't improve the situation here though.....
