"Progressive fascist" (from your tags) is an oxymoron.

A fascist is by definition regressive (counter-revolutionary, anti-rational, anti-modern, anti-liberal and traditionalist).

By blurring definitions, and history, we dishonor those who fought fascism, those who survived it, and those still victimized by it.
