Unless Americans start demanding that Obama regulate Wall Street and keeping the rest of his campaign promises, it's soon going to be a depression for everyone, regardless of skin pigmentation levels. Americans are being raped by the rich on multiple fronts; for consumer products, for service fees, for health insurance rates, deductibles, copays and lifetime limits, for fuel, for energy; for every necessity in an American's life, their arses belong to one rich arsehole or another.

If you aren't content with being the neo-peasant class of the new American "Nobility", then demand your representatives in government represent YOU, not corporations and lobbyists!

Thanks for clipping masbury. True darkeforce, but in the US, skin pigmentation is the distance between rise and fall. It is also the deciding factor on who will get "raped" the most.

You see, that just doesn't make sense to me as a Canadian. In Canada, there's no such thing as an "African-Canadian". There are just Canadians who happen to be black; a pretty much meaningless distinction unless you're trying to visually identify a person. Blacks in Canada don't pull into their own group and slap divisive labels on themselves; they fully integrate into Canadian culture, without losing their own original culture. The US system of everyone segregating blacks, including themselves, is not necessary.

Yes, there's no doubt that Blacks (and other visual minorities) get discriminated upon, but they can't lay 100% of the blame on white society. At least a small percentage is due to...
