Indeed, gyms are something way above the family budget these days. But what about people who live in cities where there are no beaches nearby? Well, there was a beach in Lisbon, but it was back in the 16th century... lol

It's much better to walk around the city than to stick around in the gym, nevertheless, unless you mean to do some specific workout. It's not about walking and smelling the roses (most likely, it's about smelling the pollution), but it's about getting some sun and don't having a roof above you all the time. It's already too bad that we have to be indoors the rest of the day...
