And forget about ocean views, you will be surrounded by other like-minded individuals on their ‘seasteads’ blocking your view.

Also, forget about the idea of no rules. No peaceful, respectable community can exist without rules.

It may sound like a good idea, but honestly, when mother nature unleashes her power, I’d rather be on terra firma.
