Great article.

A classic Hindu philosophical text (Geetha) , has this message

Original (in Sanskrit):

Karmanye Vaadhika-raste,
Maa Phaleshu Kadachana;
Maa karma-phala-hetur-bhoorma,
MaTe sangostwakarmini.

In English :

Your right is to work only,
But never to its fruits;
Let not the fruits of action be thy motive,
Nor let thy attachment be to inaction.

that is great!
Paradoxically, when you're obsessed with results, you're less effective at producing them.
one of the things i'm most proud of about our work on clipmarks is that we bring this attitude to work everyday. we're completely lost (which in this case results in being focused) in the desire to make this thing better.

Interesting and wise... kind of like "little steps" in the movie "What about Bob?".
