Problem 1. It is bought by all non profit (thats a laugh in itself ) organizations and churches. I don`t think that is free will of people to buy the book. It`s just standard issue.

Problem 2. Most Hotels had to have one in each room.
Maybe this standard has been forgotten. I have not been in any Hotels since 1969. But still another non free will of getting a book, just to please the puritans.

In basic sense. The Bible is not read. It is an object that people hold against you. And if you did read it. You would be so confused by the rambling of nonsense. You would be unable to label it Fiction, Nonfiction, or Science Fiction.
