For a while now any PC's I've sold I've been doing this to for a few customers, mainly those who want to keep everyone the same OS, or those with 3rd party apps that Vista doesn't support.

However I've just started using Vista and so far I'm impressed.

That's what I'll do! I'm going to contact Dell and tell them that the computer with windows vista is crap and I want to down-grade or they can go whistle for the rest of their money.
