I was checking up a bit on global warning yesterday and damn, things aren't looking good for humanity or poor Mother Earth :o( Climate change is gonna hit hard and hit us all, sooner or later. I can't believe people are still biting on that scam. Heck, even the UN is downgrading all the talk. They have cut their estimates of ocean's rising in half and even reduced what they believe the effect man is having on warming. They are finding dinosaur bones in places they couldn't have possibly lived unless the world were much, much warmer in the past, which means life was thriving on the earth with much higher temperatures, and that the earth is perfectly capable of warming itself much above current temperatures without our help. And as of yet, there is still no solid evidence what if any significant effect we are having on the climate. Back to the wall, I think it would... I have tons of friends in Europe and here's what they tell me: They are AMAZED that the US still believes it's a scam and that the US doesn't realize it has been lied to by the government about this problem for economical reasons. What ever people say, you can perhaps do some research for yourself fx for pictures of different places in the world that are affected. Before and after pictures of Mt Kilimanjaro and different glaciers and so on or the poles ice shelves. Unless these pictures are scams too, then for ME seeing is believing, if nothing else... I'm sticking with the Europeans and the rest of the world on this one..... Good research takes a lot of time and entails seeing both sides of the story, playing Devil's advocate and questioning ALL the data, be it for or against, to get the most broadspectred view you can... but I CAN say, that I know at least one place where you can see some pics: There's a video: "An Inconvenient Truth" (it's on Google video) that shows several of the afore-mentioned before-and-after pictures and has some, TO ME at least, some very interesting and thoughtprovoking claims, data and statistics.
