He gets to see again because of a tooth! I had to double check to make sure this wasn't a clip from the onion. That is absolutely amazing! How wonderful for him!

This has to be bogus. It's supposed to have happened in England, and everybody knows that they have (shudder) socialized medicine. It can't be true because the Republicans and Rush and Fox News keeps saying how bad health care in the UK is.
