Well, I have a suggestion as to how they can sun bathe without bikinis. I'm guess that it would result in another letter of complaint though.

Anyone else think it is kind of funny that in Sweden sunbathing is apparently a basic human right?

I mean just because I killed a few people doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to get a kick ass tan.

Sweden's Justice Ombudsman has received a letter from the Prisoners' Council at Sagsjön jail in which the women bemoan the fact that they are not permitted to wear bikinis.
