Pretty good. Bit my tongue off at first but I also only gave it a 3-5 min breath time. After just a few more minutes it is pretty good. I like a little sweeter but it does have a full flavor. Is a pretty dark thick red.

The 2006 Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet is plump with ripe, juicy forward fruits and seductive textured tannins. It's priced right, too, and finishes with complex white pepper typical for Shiraz. The name Koonunga Hill comes from a classic Barossa Valley vineyard used in the production of "Grange," one of Penfolds top scoring wines. A steal in today's economy, I fully expect it to sell out nationally. Serve it up with rich meaty dishes  and good friends.
