　　大金工业将于2006年8月25日上市家用空气净化器“闪电流光创造者”，该产品通过触媒改良而对有害气体和特定过敏原（杉花粉、螨虫等28种物质）具有高分解去除能力。包括“MC808-W”（适用面积96平方米）和“MC708-W”（适用面积83平方米）2种。有害气体甲醛的分解能力约达原机型的3倍。

　　新开发的触媒单元“光触媒＆流光除臭触媒”的主要改进为：（1）触媒表面积扩大至原机型的2倍（2）增加了对有害气体等具有高吸着力的光触媒钛磷灰石。另外，有效利用了通过具有很强氧化作用的高速电子分解有害物质的“流光放电”这一特点，“在全球首次”（大金）开发成功了在空气净化器机体内再生触媒除臭力的系统。该单元采用可从机体中取出的盒状设计，由于体积比净化器本身小很多（长84×高35×深42mm），所以可用于放不下净化器的厕所、门口、鞋柜和汽车等小空间、密闭空间的除臭。在普通环境下，每隔两个月将其放入机体使触媒再生从而可重复使用。（记者：高野 敦）
