Thanks for this clip. It has given me some great ideas for our local Freecycle groups.

We are always struggling to educate new Freecyclers. It seems like such a slow process! Maybe we could invent a lot of little milestones and give members fun certificates of recognition, certificates of achievement, etc. as they develop their "skills" and experience as stewards of stuff! And, we could even have an awards day every week, or every month or something!

Anyone know of a site for creating fun certificates.
