Agreed. cmaptools of also very interesting though I have only recently started to use it. Are there any other general organizational tools that you (or anyone else) find particularly helpful?

Thanks funana, I'll cip yED. It takes me a long time to figure out what I'm really trying to say so I use cmaptools.

I have been using Freemind and Brainstorm (http://www.brainstormsw.com -- costs $35) for a while now. I never heard of the other two though.
