This is one of my best idea ever, but it takes advanced planning.

Find out what hotel or hotels the show attendees will be staying at.  Contact the hotel manager and arrange to buy a whole case of the sliding room keys.  Have your business car or logo printed on the key so that not only will everyone will get your card, but they'll carry it around the whole show.

If it's a big show, you can also put your booth location or a special offer on the card as well.
