Not much poll manipulation available here, the military vote is McCain's

Not according to the soldiers I work with here at Ft Sam Houston.

Maybe they're afraid you'll cast a spell on them and turn them into toads......Oh, Gee, I'm just kidding...Its Halloween time, I can't help myself.
Seriously though, there must be some reason for that because it just seems natural that most of the military would be voting for McCain.

Not according to the top Veteran's associations. They support Obama 4:1.

Please note that less than 25% of the active Military subscribe to the Military Times; and its subscribers are predominantly right-wing. What you have there is called a Biased Sample.

What that shows is that the brainwashed among the Military (less than 25%) will vote for McCain.

I work with soldiers in the medical field; they are SO tired of seeing their comrades killed, maimed... We are near BAMC, the #1 burn center in the country, and seeing someone with a prosthetic limb here on post is common. Many of them don't feel that McCain can get them responsibly out of the war, and don't trust that he's cool-headed enough to keep us out of yet another.
