brightlight4, there is lots of poverty in this world and they are not killing each other. Is it racism? I have no idea how that fits this picture. They are killing each other. Other races are not killing them.

I don't think it's racism *or* poverty. It's the culture. There was FAR more racism in the 1950s in this country, but blacks had *nothing* like the problems they have today with crime, out-of-wedlock births, drugs, and homocides.
