China population : 1,329,349,388
So the US still emits 4 times the chinese per capita amount of gas.

The Aussie press was about the same. (We sell China a lot of coal). Probably all are using the Rupert Murdoch guidelines/daily memo.
We can't complain if our industry leaders sell them inferior technology, designed to run on the imported fuels.
