Gross. If I was a parent of a student at this school, I would be P.O. and my child would bring bottled water ever day, even if I had to bring it into the school myself.

me too, just a cleaning and a cursory replacement of some parts isn't enough for me. That is inexcusable.

The student didn't take the adults word for granted, and found a way to prove they were only guessing. Great way to pass a test. At school I remember the spigots being unused relics, that were unlikely to work. When they were replaced it seemed like they were abandoned by maintenance, and continued to break down and become less reliable. And they tasted like the school.
