Elizabeth, - my wife's name - by classifying issues as female you immediately cut off support of about half the World. It could even be view as sexist! The dignity of the human being is what is sacred to me. I'm not religious, but I see no dilemma here. If you accept that dignity as paramount then all other matters fall easily into place.

Mine are only words. There is a genuine heroine of Obstetic fistula that I've being trying to find. A black African about 40. She suffered this as a child and lost all. An excellent surgeon, maybe French, fixed her and she stayed then as part of the medical unit. From assisting in surgery, she now perform surgery under supervision. She never finished primary school. Find her and clip it.

Due to good or bad diet, it strikes me that the ability to give birth is not age related but physical girth. So nourishment is more critical than age.

Unlike Americans, I'm not big into tagging people. Certainly I see myself as liberal, even very liberal, on most issues. Americans classify people in boxes and figure they know all about the person then. Look to your politicians and you see how badly you get that wrong. A related issue is that I always tell the truth as I know it. That can be used against you.
