As Aldous Huxley wrote, the propagandist's purpose is to make one set of people forget that the other set is human. By robbing them of their personality, he puts them outside the pale of moral obligation.

An artist needs to be effective the following:

A wide field of knowledge and experience, where he or she draws inspiration from;

A critical mind to analyze situations and dig beneath the surface;

The ability to see both sides of the conflict, to give depth and realism to the work (even its totally fictional);

A sense of personal freedom that fuels his/hers art and a willingness to break barriers and extend frontiers;
