This lawsuit is ridiculous. Viacom knew about its clips being on Youtube since the beginning. Now that Google owns Youtube, Viacom sees deep pockets to get into. The site is about people sharing personal clips. What's the difference between this and if I show a friend a show I videotaped at home? Just stupid.
