Cool. I just took a picture of a cassowary. This looks to be a different kind than the one I photographed, but it is a cassowary. Beautiful bird! It didn't strike me as a dangerous beast.

Lying prone, Philip is kicked in the neck by the cassowary, opening a deadly wound.
