The infomercial for the nuwave oven finally got to me. I bought the Nuwave Oven Pro and just received it yesterday. I cooked a seven pound chicken in it. The color was perfect and so was the temperature. Today I am going to try an oven roast with potatoes, mushrooms and onions.

If anyone has this oven please post some of your favorite recipes. Thanks!
