I had to stop after a couple of minutes, this nut-job masquerading as a journalist did not need Schiff there, he could have interviewed himself about Schiff since he did all the talking. No wonder MSNBC is in the toilet.

Schiff was surely badgered in this case. But this is a classic example of how the right treats the left on TV.

Nice to see the right getting a little of their own medicine.

On the other hand, if O'Donnell is a Marxist, he will not last long on national TV. The right doesn't let the left stay on TV unless there is some underlying advantage like confusing the public mind on their take on the issues.

The networks are diehard capitalists and always will be. Marxists will never last long in this medium.

Despite the fact you are are grossly ill-informed, I just do not understand why you harbor so much hatred.

By the way, Antara, I believe those armed with the truth should take it anywhere and everywhere. Even a den of evil like MSNBC. I applaud Schiff.

How in the world does the right control who is on TV? From what I've seen the only station that even vaguely presents the *right* viewpoint is Fox...all else are lefties.

Capitalists?? When did that become a very, very bad thing?

Suddenly, not ALL lobbyists are bad. Sounds like he's getting ready to do some covering. These guys are quick and good. They're anticipting that the buzz will soon be about how many lobbyists are FOR the HCR and basically writing the bill. These deceitful conmen are masters of getting out front of the attacks.

Oh, my friend, stuck in 1968 somewhere.
The networks are not just networks. They are part of much laarger worldclass corporations who alilgn with NO philosophy. You are accidentally largely correct in that they will just go where the money is. Right now that agenda - call it capitalist if you want - is through socialism. General Electric is behind Obama and his ideology all the way. The corporations were gung-ho gree...

They don't even try to hide it any more. Obama is the puppet of world banking and corporations. And those banks and corporations own the media. ADDITIONALLY, and working in their favor, is the fact that aside from FOX News, almost every single individual reporter and "journalist is Democrat and self-described liberal or progressive. They DO NOT even attempt to hide their bias anymore. In their tone when reading script or with outright editorial ad lib they show their disdain for conservatives and for the intent of the Constitution. I wonder and marvel at the naivete' of the few who still see the "media" as right-wingers" and biased against the "left". I wonder how they can possibly per...

Liberals DON'T own the media, conservative capitalists DO. If the news rooms are populated with liberals, it is only allowed because it gives the media the outward appearance of actually giving a shit about the populous.Reporters can only go so far as their leash extends. Just ask Gary Webb.

The merging world corporate/government structure may be of capitalilsts but they will enforce mainly socialism.
This is exactly what Hitler did. It was called Fascism. He feigned nationalism while being financed by capitalists. Both camps loved him for it until the shit hit the fan.
