I thought I had a comment on this. Sorry. This is far beyond the realm of unbelievable and preposterous.

P.S. - What would the punishment be for a girl sitting on a (girl)friend's lap during recess? We used to do it all the time in my school days with crammed hallways and all. *boggled*

I encourage and call on all juveniles who have to live under such school rules to hug eachother demonstratively, bravely hazarding the consequences.
I spur their parents into action: Stop schools making robots of your daughters and sons!
