my favorite...Life Is Beautiful...#40

I watched La Haine for one of my classes during uni...that is one depressing movie....Cyrano de Bergerac was beautiful...as is Life is Beautiful...

I can't see how they didn't list The Gods Must Be Crazy which hit hte U.S. back in the early '80s -- one of the most hilarious movies ever made. It played in the theaters for almost three years before moving onto VCR, and was for a long time the highest grossing foreign film ever released in the US.
