In case you didn't notice, the RUSSIANS control the oil and gas flow to most of Europe and the Saudi's control the oil and gas flow to the west, (U.S.) Where does the U.S. control oil and gas so much that it makes a difference? Nowhere.

And what do you think the Central Command is for, and the conquest of Iraq? And all that pressure on Iran?

The US doesn't control any oil and gas resources because it sold them to energy multinationals. Good luck in getting your natural/national resources back.
