	<P>Another day, another record gas price.</p> <P>The average for regular <A href="http://www.fuelgaugereport.com/ORavg.asp">in Oregon</A> is now $4.18, the AAA reports this morning. Premium is $4.48 and diesel $4.81.</p> <P><A href="http://www.fuelgaugereport.com/WAavg.asp">In Washington</A>, a gallon of regular is now $4.23, premium $4.60 and diesel $4.90.</p> <P>The national average is now $4.04 for regular, $4.44 for premium and $4.78 for diesel.
