I thought maybe people were narrow-minded, not leaving their comfort zone.</DIV> <BR /><DIV> Then I thought... if Mexico didn't eat the same spicy food day in and day out, I wouldn't have salsa verde. If Germany didn't eat the same meat day in and day out, I wouldn't have bratwurst. If China didn't eat the same rice day in and day out, I wouldn't have steamed rice.</DIV> <BR /><DIV> If America is narrow-minded enough to eat the same old hamburgers day in and day out, then Chinese people, German people, Mexican people can enjoy a new cuisine if they're not narrow-minded.</DIV> So it all boils back down to the "let 'em live their own life" idea. If we let the narrow-minded eat the same stuff over and over again, they can perfect it for the few open-minded taste testers.</blockquote></div><div style="margin: 0px 6px 6px 4px;"><table style="font-size: 11px;border-spacing: 0px;padding: 0px;" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tr><td style="background:transparent;border-width:0px;padding:0px;"> </td><td align="right" style="background:transparent;border-width:0px;padding:0px;width:107px" width="107"><a href="http://clipmarks.com/share/A29E0A34-36C8-4245-8947-C881841DF9F9/blog/" title="blog or email this clip"><img src="http://content6.clipmarks.com/images/c2b-foot.png" border="0" alt="blog it" width="107" height="17" style="border-width:0px;padding:0px;margin:0px;" /></a></td></tr></table></div></div>
