AtlLiberal says: I wonder how fundamentalists are going to spin this one? Keep stirring AtlLiberal. I love it. Hahahaha, I love it... I am so following you now... Keep stirring AtlLiberal.Ha! I'd hope that the light of day would help to bring some reason into this world. And it's fun too. Keep your brains turned on! As a confirmed creationist, I find this very re-assuring. It confirms that apes have been created with unique and sometimes superhuman traits, and that people did not evolve from anything. We are unique, as they are. There you go! @markandcarolyn LOL! i'm a devout atheist... and i have to say i just don't see the significance of this story against creationism? Creationists believe man was created by god. Special Creation. Man is apart and has dominion over the animal kingdom. Remember Adam and Eve? The Garden of Eden? TAlking snakes? The clip presents evidence that chimps and man exist on a continuum thus lending credence to the idea of evolution. Of course evolutionists and most sane people consider man to be part of the animal kingdom, in contradiction to what creationists believe. Did I notice an attempt at sledging, or did I suffer a momentary lapse into paranoia? Sounds like it was a fun little experiment. Both sides of this argument seem to look for evidence to hang their proverbial "hats" on. It is certainly interesting to look into the evidence on both sides -- there is actually quite a lot of material. I wonder if it boils down to a belief/or lack of belief in the supernatural? What do you guys think? @tabsey I don't understand what you mean by "sledging". Can you help? what kind of college students were they? Now I don't doubt that a monkey could beat a man at math but remember college does not make you smart. I think everyone learned that after they attended college plus if I need an example all I have to do is look at a little white house in Washington |
