Simple is as simple does, or something like that... Generally, one doesn't find "made-up word"s in the dictionary Also, a key part of the definition of any phobia is "irrational" and has nothing to do with political correctness (whatever THAT is).

All words are "made up", or come from words that were "made up"; same as the alphabet was "made up".
