It makes sense that older workers would earn more than younger workers. I never imagined that the difference in pay scale would be so great. It's shocking to learn that not only do older workers earn more, outnumber, vote more, and complain more than younger workers, they also expect us to pay their social security.

Younger employees will be paying off their own personal debt, social security, AND prescription drugs while earning less. I'm getting a slight feeling that something is unfair here. I'll post something when I can put my finger on it.
