Robert Goetz of the Everett Police Department.<P></P>Two plain-clothes officers from the department were in the bathroom when they heard the man answer his cell phone and attempt make a deal for the drugs, Goetz said.<P></P>The man made several other calls from inside the stall in an effort to sell the drugs, Goetz said.<P></P>When he exited the men’s room, the man was confronted by officers.
